I had a great opportunity to photo shoot the amazing escape by a flying insect that look like a bumble bee or a big wasp. Of course I missed the catch. When I notice someting moved on lilly pads the frog was kind of yarning with the mouth open. I started shooting then it become obvious that some big insect was trying to get out of there. I kept shooting how the frog will manage the problem. According to me there has been an escape but I have no proof. Between the last an the previous photo I stop shooting to change the focal distance from 300mm to 800mm.

  • Camera: ILCE-7RM4A

  • Shutter speed: 0.000625 sec

Great close-up and action shot. You can tell he's bothered by the insect and trying to find a way to get rid of it. Your timing and focus ware both perfect and I love the reaction you captured here, Yves.
