Chicory flower with a tiny insect on it. The chicory flower is one of those flower that I love the beautyness but I find it very difficult to translate that beautyness into a photo.

Not a flower we see everyday and it looks like a really unique one at that. I agree that you did a great job of capturing the detail on the blossom and the insect so clearly. It stands out very well here too.

The soft dark background really makes the flower stand out. And of course the insect is well positioned within the flower. I think you did a very nice job hee Yves.
