I believe this is a a Greater Yellowlegs, non breeding. very similar to to the Lesser Yellowlegs. "They are also known as the Marshpiper. its tendency to nest in buggy bogs in the North American boreal forests make it one of the least-studied shorebirds on the continent." Cornell.
