    Not far away from the town of Churchill I saw this very tired Polar Bear female. Photo taken from a tundra van provided by Frontiers North, the Gunter Family. The best time for polar bear watching in Churchill, Manitoba is October and November, when many bears congregate along the Hudson Bay shoreline waiting for the sea ice to form so they can hunt seals.
