Twenty feets away was a big clump of little white flowers with a white butterfly flying erratic. No way I can set the focus on the erratic butterfly. At that distance the butterfly was so tiny that I have a chance out of million that the autofocus would set on it but the scene was interesting and the lighting was good. So I made about ten shots hoping for the best. A was lucky with those two good shots.

Nicely captured Yves. A photograph like this one takes talent, luck, and patience all of which came together for you in this shot. Well done!

That looks like an incredibly difficult shot Yves. Congrats on a shot well done. The butterfly looks so delicate floating on top of the soft background. I agree with Heather all the way.

This little guy stands out so beautifully against the cobalt background and the floral detail offsets him perfectly. Beautiful detail in a challenging shot and the colours are magical. Well done Yves.
