peering through the hoar frost covered bush the buck held his glance for what seemed likes minutes. Quietly and slowly I tried to find a better position to focus through the bush at the buck. Had it not been for a coyote running across the road I do not think I would have seen this buck. I wondered if there were other coyotes in the area and maybe the buck was hiding from them and not me. He did not seem alarmed that I was there, minutes later moving a bit deeper into the bush.

Nice looking Buck, and a great portrait of him in his environment, nicely done

I love the focus on the eyes...it really tells the story. Well done.

I love the mood of your photo Debra. Like so much the kind of smoke effect done by the foreground and you found just the right spot to capture the feeling of the buck in that moment. Very good shot Debra.
