We had a fresh snowfall on Friday night, into Saturday and it warmed up quite a bit, the bird were loving the melted snow. Did you know.. Waxwings require more water since the berries they eat are drier and high in sugar, which dehydrates them fast. Having a water source nearby helps them digest those berries and balance out the sugars intake.
