We headed into town and my husband had gone to talk to someone. I was sitting in the truck and something had caught my eye in the mirrors of the truck, a flock of Waxwings flying over to a tree near where we were parked. I got out and braved the cold and the cold wind to go take some photos. The longer I stood there, the more came out and I was loving it. They would spook off when a semi truck would drive past, as the tree was near the highway, but it wouldn't be long and they were right back. They seemed more active today, maybe it had something to do with it being so cold out right now.
