I've never been here in the summer....I don't know if it's actually a river or not, but in the winter, it freezes over a cliff and you can climb in behind the curtain of ice. Worth the two hour hike.

A big and impressive one Jane. Love the texture and the big black holes that invites us to go behind. Love the framing you did, showing some big ice plate in the foreground and a little bit of the forest in the back. Sure worths the 2 hours hike.

Very cool shot Jane. I always find it visually interesting how fast moving water freezes. That would have been a tough 2 hour hike. But also fun to get in behind the frozen falls. Well done Jane.
