A lone river otter appears in a neighbourhood storm water pond, feeding on the creatures under the ice. The otter is pretty successful in its hunt because every time it dives, it comes back up with a new snack. The otter didn't seem bothered with me on the shore as it kept coming up through the same hole in the ice to eat, fairly close to where I was set up.
