I live in central BC so I was not expecting to see a pheasant in my back yard. I was upstairs when my husband shouted up at me there was a pheasant in the yard. I told him "very funny, its not April 1st"! He was persistent that I come for a look!! It was day break so had very low light. Sure hope it comes back during daylight so we can see more of its beautiful plumage and colors!
