PEI One in Two Million Ultrarare Blue Lobster Released Back in Ocean

In PEI, this week, on April 30, 2026, an ultrarare blue lobster was caught in the beginning of the lobster fishing season on the North Shore! Only 1 in 2 million lobsters are blue! I was relieved that it was going to be released back in the ocean seconds later. (I realize wildlife photos are not animals in captivity; therefore I included this photo in the "provinces section" of the photo club instead of "wildlife", to share with viewers, being so very rare)! Truly a once in a lifetime sighting!
