Portrait of a Vixen

Mama fox watches on as two of her fox kits practice their play. The den is in a risky place - beside a busy road - but the vixen is doing a good job at keeping her kits in line. Thankfully, there is a secondary den they've started using only some feet away, making it is more safe as it's further from the road. But the young kits seem to know that anything that comes by is potentially dangerous and will quickly run back into their den as mom keeps watch and the little ones will only come out with the encouragement of their mom.
