The blue flag iris (Iris versicolor) is a species of iris native to North America, common in wet environments such as marshes, in sedge meadows, and along the banks of waterways. It blooms around mid-June. Wildlife traditionally refers to non-domesticated animal species, but has come to include all plants, fungi and other organisms which grow or live wild in an area without being introduced by humans. Take with a normal lens on a Sony NEX 5N APS-C camera.
