Did You Hear That?

I think one of my favourite ducks to watch, has to be the Ruddy Duck. From their striking blue bills, to their smaller size, but big attitude. They are just such a thrill to watch. I could sit there for hours just watching them as they chase each other around as other males move in too close to females. They seem to always be on alert too, when you think they are sleeping, they are still moving their feet, floating by, keeping a good distance away from conflict. Clinton BC
