Act Natural

I just love that I live so close to a body of water that is the home to so many migratory birds, like this Ruddy Duck. I think they are my favourite ducks to photograph. They are full of character, making them so much fun to watch. Each time I see them do their display, it brings such a big smile to my face, especially when they end it with the cutest little "quack" I could honestly watch them all day. The "lens flare" is actually from some tall weeds that were in front of me, this duck come out from behind and it was just enough for my camera to focus on him with the weeds blurred in front, gives the photo an interesting effect.
