Snoots and Boots

I was walking around my garden, looking for things to photograph with my macro lens, when I came across my large chive plant. I got a closer and started looking around the blooms, hoping for a bee, but was only finding ants. That's when I spotted something very very tiny crawling around one of the flowers. I don't know how I even spotted this little creature, it was abut the size of a grain of sand, maybe a little bit bigger, but not by much. I looked through with my macro and found it to be a weevil, one of my friends says they always identify from their "snoots and boots" Clinton BC
