The Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone Park, Wyoming, June 2012 This was a real pain to try to photograph. To get up high enough to see it, one has to climb up about 600' of mountain on an unmarked trail. Otherwise, the only way to see it is from that boardwalk in the image, which offers an interesting, but less than stellar view of the pool.
