If built right, the first Hydro character from the Fontaine region in Genshin Impact can do a lot of damage with a charged move. With the 4.1 update, Neuvillette is the first new character to be added to Genshin Impact. Neuvillette is a Hydro Catalyst character, which is a fairly popular combination in the game. Either Crit Rate or Crit DMG works well for the Circlet. If Neuvillette is wearing the Marechaussee Hunter set and has a good amount of Crit Rate from substats, it might be better to focus on a Crit DMG main stat Circlet. But if players are going to use Neuvillette's signature weapon, which gives a lot of Crit DMG, and his ascension stat also boosts Crit DMG, then choosing a Crit Rate main stat Circlet can help Neuvillette's crit accuracy by a lot while keeping his Crit DMG ratio high. In the end, players will choose between Crit Rate and Crit DMG based on their general stats and the gear they have for Neuvillette.
