Chandresh Kedhambadi (C.K.) is an award-winning landscape and astrophotography photographer based in the Canadian Rockies, best known for capturing the Northern Lights, Milky Way, and frozen wilderness of Canada. An artist driven by exploration and education, his work blends artistic vision with scientific storytelling, often incorporating the human element to convey scale and connection. His photograph “YATRA” was a runner-up in Canadian Geographic’s 2023 Photo of the Year. Chandresh is a NASA Aurorasaurus citizen scientist - helps the scientific community investigate mysterious phenomenas in the night sky through his footage and photographs, Sony Alpha Universe contributor, f-stop gear ambassador, and a featured presenter at international photography and aurora conferences.
