In 2014, we went to New York for "Vision Expo East." We visited some local optical shops and found that the cost of glasses there was not cheap, with basic-styled glasses at least going for 100–200 US dollars. We were thinking: can we build an online optical shop so that everyone can enjoy truly affordable prescription eyeglasses without having to share the additional cost?
