The office had a friendly atmosphere, was clean, and was well organized. The personnel was polite, professional, and willing to help with any travel-related questions I had. They took the time to fully address all of my issues, even some that I had about my itinerary. I felt appreciated as a customer because of their approach. I had a good impression because of the welcoming atmosphere and first-rate service. For all of my upcoming travel requirements, I now fully trust United Airlines.
