While my professional life revolves around architecture, community planning, and real estate, my personal passion lies behind the lens — in photography. 📸 The Godrej MSR City Apartments are the company's most prestigious integrated city. They are being built in Shettigere, Devanahalli (PIN 562110) right now. There are 25 G+12 towers on 62 acres and about 4,000 units (RERA PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/010425/007644). The 2 BHK homes are between 1,186 and 1,292 square feet, and the 3 BHK plans are between 1,585 and 1,626 square feet (2 baths) or 1,842 to 1,876 square feet (3 baths). Prices start at ₹1.18 Cr, which is about ₹10,000 per square foot.
