I first started taking photos in the 1960's with a box camera, age 6, and I slowly progressed from using a box camera to Kodak cameras and then I saved all my income for a summer job and bought my real first camera, a Pentax K1000 (1976). This work horse of a camera stayed with me up until 2008 where I finally began to use a digital camera. I started with landscapes, and moved through a large variety of areas until where I am settling down to wildlife and nature photos. Nature is such a joy and I am so happy to be capturing it one moment at a time.
